Shortlisting of Candidates:
Shortlisting candidates on the basis of Skill/ Tech assessment, Education Criteria Match, Stability Check, Salary Match.
Interview Process:
We Schedule ,Coordinate interviews and review assessments, then help client with the finalization offer.
Making an Offer:
Once the client finalizes the offer, we initiate the approval process, documentation, finalize offer terms, and update in ATS.
Client Takes Over:
Once all the onboarding process is complete, we close the process.
