This is arguably the first beverage organization in India, to introduce the ‘one – way packaging’ with the concept of TetraPak with its products. The company introduced Frooti and Appy to the Indian market.

However there was an acute need for maintaining targeted resources to meet project requirements. There was a demand for onboarding across various projects.

After a detailed discussion with the delivery teams of three critical business units, a plan was put into action. ETA for all positions was agreed upon. Nirad Technologies Team was able to ramp up the number of recruiters for the account from 10 to 30 within a span of 2 weeks. Nirad Technologies team participated in the daily stand-up calls with the three BU delivery teamsNirad Technologies was successfully able to onboard an average of 30 HR resources per month for each of the business units, around 100 staff were onboarded every month for the account. The team was able to maintain the average TAT of 15 days from indent opening to onboarding.
