Tarak heads Nirad Technologies LLC and is responsible for the entire Sales & Marketing function at Nirad Technologies. Tarak has vast experience in leadership hiring for the Global markets. Prior to HR consulting, Tarak has been associated with companies like HSBC, ICICI and Aditya Birla group in Sales and leadership roles. He has over 20 years of experience and holds a master's degree in management.

Head – India Operations

Smita heads the domestic operations and is responsible for end-to-end delivery, client management for India operations of Nirad Technologies. Smita holds a master's degree in management and has over 15 years of experience in Human Resource Management & executing large scale projects & diversified hiring assignments.
